Founded in 2023 under the Delaware Life Science Center for Education and Training, a registered 501(c)(3), BioConnect DE was created through collaboration among industry, education, and government leaders. Driven by DelawareBio’s vision and insights from a recent report from the Delaware Prosperity Partnership (DPP), BioConnect DE delivers targeted, employer-informed training to close talent gaps, strengthen the workforce, support industry growth, attract new companies, and solidify Delaware as a thriving life sciences hub.
