A Launchpad into Life Sciences Careers
BioConnect DE’s Biomanufacturing Training Program addresses the urgent need for skilled workers in Delaware’s growing life sciences sector. Cohort 1 focused on essential laboratory operations, advanced manufacturing, and biomanufacturing skills.
Through partnerships with local schools and community organizations, the pilot program graduated 24 students, providing hands-on training, professional guidance, and exposure to industry employers.
