Biomanufacturing Program
BioConnect DE’s Biomanufacturing Program provides hands-on training and certification to meet the growing demand for skilled talent in bioscience manufacturing. Designed for individuals without a degree but with an interest in life sciences, the program focuses on practical, employer-informed skills and offers accessible, industry-relevant training to prepare participants for in-demand roles in this rapidly expanding field.
Delaware STEM Talent Advancement and Retention (STAR) Fund
The Delaware STEM Talent Advancement and Retention (STAR) Fund offers recent graduates a powerful incentive to launch their careers in Delaware. Managed by the Delaware Division of Small Business and BioConnect DE, this initiative helps connect talented individuals with STEM job opportunities across the state by providing financial support for student loan payments. Eligible participants can receive up to $6,000 to reduce their student debt.
